Bookings & Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm any safari booking, with the balance due ahead of departure as specified in your booking confirmation. Specific deposit amounts and due dates vary by itinerary and are confirmed in writing before payment.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and amendment terms vary by camp, season, and supplier, and are provided in full before any deposit is taken. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation and medical evacuation cover, for every journey booked with us.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated and are confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change prior to a confirmed booking due to currency fluctuation, seasonal rate changes, or supplier adjustments.
Travel Documentation
Guests are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any required vaccination certification for their itinerary. We provide guidance but cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to inadequate documentation.
